Pre-Construction Services

With any new building project there are a number of things to look into before construction can commence, such as cost estimation, project scheduling & timeline, design decisions, building permits as well as any challenges that are likely to emerge during the building process.

Construction Project Management

Planning Phase – During the planning phase, we work closely with your chosen architect and engineer in order to determine the final design as well as the required equipment and building materials for the project. We gather all required documentation such as building permits and contractual agreements. We also create an efficient schedule for the project in order to stay on track. Construction Phase – In the construction phase the planning phase is put into action. We monitor and control progress to ensure the construction project stays within budget and remains on schedule. Post Construction Phase – Once the construction phase is completed, there are still a few loose ends that need to be tied up. If there are any concerns or disputes, these will be addressed and resolved.
